Panbil Group joined HKAN 2019 Celebration at Taman Wisata Alam Muka Kuning

First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo took part in celebrating the peak of the 2019 National Nature Conservation Day (HKAN 2019) held by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry at Muka Kuning Nature Tourism Park, Batam, Wednesday, August 7, 2019, by releasing the Bondol eagle.

First Lady Iriana together with Mufidah Jusuf Kalla released two pairs of Bondol eagles with the scientific name Haliastur Indus in the Muka Kuning Nature Tourism Park (TWA) with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya  around 11:40 WIB.

Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya said conservation has become a public concern of the nation's people, becoming a turning point for conservation progress in the country. After giving her speech, Siti Nurbaya's mother visited the glamping mock-up tent at the Panbil Group stand.

The National Nature Conservation Day (HKAN) celebration is commemorated every August 10, and this commemoration takes up the theme of the Spiritual Millennial Nature Conservation accompanied by the activities of the Nature Conservation Jamboree followed by hundreds of high school students from a number of schools in Riau Islands.

According to her, HKAN 2019 with the theme of Millennial Nature Conservation Spirit has the meaning that the spirit of conservation must also be owned by millennial generation. At least 400 conservationists were involved in the activity.
